The OpenTelemetry Election Committee is excited to announce the final list of
candidates for the
[2026 OpenTelemetry Governance Committee election](../gc-elections/)!

[Eligible voters][] can help fill four Governance Committee seats through
[Helios Voting][].

- **Voting opens:** 26 October 2026 at 12:00 UTC.
- **Voting closes:** 28 October 2026 at 23:59 [Anywhere on Earth][] (AoE),
  equivalent to 29 October 2026 at 11:59 UTC.
